Established in 2017 by Amy and Laura Turner, Box Car Quilts has become a cherished destination for quilting enthusiasts in North Texas and beyond. Our shop offers a curated selection of high-quality fabrics, patterns, and quilting supplies, catering to both beginners and seasoned quilters. In 2021, we were honored to be featured in Better Homes & Gardens' Quilt Sampler magazine as a Top Shop, a testament to our commitment to quality and community.

In addition to our retail offerings, we expanded our passion for quilting into retreat experiences. Located on a picturesque 50-acre ranch in Aubrey, Texas, Box Car Ranch Retreats provides serene accommodations for groups ranging from 4 to 24 guests. Our retreats are designed to foster creativity and camaraderie among quilters, offering a peaceful environment to immerse oneself in the art of quilting.
